Familiar with Windows Operation System (desktop / server), and Unix/Linux System Administration tasks. Experience in supporting banking and financial industries. Level I Service Desk. Our staff can provide first level assistance to customers with basic queries. Our staff can be trained on the data center product and services. Level II Support Desk. Our staff level who are experienced and with strong technical knowledge. Our staff can provide remote Data Center Operation Support.
